The tour will be traveling through Northern California (the Bay Area, Sacramento, and San Jose) for four weeks only, from July 13 through August 7, 2026.
Not at all! The catering, the food truck visit, and the digital demonstration are 100% complimentary. It’s our way of introducing ourselves to practices in the region.
Booking is simple! Click the “Request a stop” button on this page and fill out your practice details. A member of our team will reach out to confirm the date and time that works best for you. Because we can only accommodate three stops per day, slots are highly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To fit seamlessly into a busy dental practice’s schedule, we offer three daily windows from Monday to Friday:
Breakfast: 8:30 am–9:30 am
Lunch break: 11:30 am–12:45 pm
Afternoon pick-me-up: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
The food truck will park directly in your practice’s parking lot or a designated, safe legal parking area immediately adjacent to your building. When you book your slot, a member of our logistics team will reach out to confirm parking instructions and ensure we don’t disrupt patient parking.
We would love to feed your entire team! While the quick digital workflow demonstration is tailored for the dentists and clinical staff, the food and refreshments are for everyone in the office to enjoy.
Yes. We understand that practice schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your slot, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the window to another practice on our waiting list.
