Dr. Alexandra Fushi, DMD, is a general dentist with a background in public health, clinical research, and comprehensive patient care. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University.

Dr. Fushi has extensive experience treating medically complex patients, including at the Cleveland Clinic where she’s managed dental emergencies and provided care for patients undergoing radiation therapy, organ transplantation, and cardiac surgery. She also practices in an operating room setting at Cleveland Children’s Surgery Center, delivering comprehensive care for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia.

Her clinical approach emphasizes precision, interdisciplinary planning, and the integration of digital workflows to support predictable, aesthetic outcomes—particularly in anterior restorative cases.

Dr. Fushi has contributed to research, publications, and clinical guidelines in collaboration with the American Dental Association and has received multiple research awards. She is actively pursuing Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and was recognized in 2025 by the Academy of General Dentistry as one of “10 Dentists to Watch.”
