With 6,000 annual denture cases, traditional analog workflows had become a bottleneck. Each denture required multiple in-person appointments—a particular challenge for a mobile operation where every extra visit means additional travel, setup, and coordination time.

Enable Dental partnered with Dandy to pilot a fully digital denture workflow across their mobile operations. Dandy’s end-to-end digital workflow replaced the traditional analog process with intraoral scanners and chairside software deployed directly to mobile units.
Clinicians could now capture precise digital impressions on-site—eliminating messy physical impressions and reducing the number of visits required per denture. The digital workflow also enabled earlier issue detection, often removing the need for try-in appointments entirely. Combined with Dandy’s clinical support team and fast lab turnaround, the pilot showed dramatic efficiency gains from day one.
