About the Role
Dandy is seeking an Associate Product Owner to support our Removables product line. In this role, you help deliver end-to-end product experience in both physical and digital domains. Working with the Product Owner (Removables), you'll help deliver jaw-dropping product experiences that contribute to our ambitious goal of achieving >50% market share for Removables.
You will collaborate directly with engineering, dental design experts, operations, product marketing, and other departments to help implement innovative features and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market. You'll be responsible for executing on key components of the product strategy while developing a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of removable dental prosthetics technology while developing core product management skills that will accelerate your career growth.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product features and improvements that enhance the customer experience
Support product strategy execution by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market data, and industry trends
Create and maintain product documentation including user stories, requirements, and process flows
Develop understanding of the removable dentures workflow, manufacturing processes, and customer pain points
Track and report on key metrics that measure product performance and user satisfaction
Organize and facilitate user research sessions to gather insights for product improvements
Support the product roadmap development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or entry-level product management
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently while supporting broader team goals
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Passion for user experience and customer-centric product development
Basic understanding of product development processes
Bonus Points For
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)
Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries
Knowledge of removable dental prosthetics (full dentures, partial dentures, etc.)
Understanding of CAD/CAM systems or digital manufacturing
Previous experience in a startup environment
